MONITO BOUTIQUE is not responsable for any lost, stolen, or missing packages after send and distribute the tracking number of the package. 

All Shipping will be made after all account is total paid and processed.  If any account is pending of be paid, MONITO BOUTIQUE will wait until the pay is completed.

 

PROCESSING TIME 

All processing time depend of some point of the customer needs.  MONITO BOUTIQUE offer alternative to the customer after a little interview confederating the following points :

• What the customer need
• when is the activity
• Quantity of items in the order.

Custom Fabrics

Custom Fabrics have a period of time to be printed after round is closed.  Round is a period of time (10 days) to collect all orders of this fabric.  After round is Closed, 2 days is plus to organice all orders and send to the distributor to make the Print on Demand order.  After paid to the distributor,  MONITO BOUTIQUE let the customer know that all print have a period of process of 6 thru 8 weeks to print, ship to MONITO BOUTIQUE STUDIO, cut, pack and send. approximately.  

Custom Outfits

Custom outfit dependent directly from the customer needs.  After the interview, MONITO BOUTIQUE give to the customer a range of time to process it and ship it.  MONITO BOUTIQUE use the day of the activity (of the day when the customer need the custom item on his hand) to schedule it and give to the customer the day of when it going to be shipped. 

All this process is all interacting with the customer and considerate the alternative with the customer. 

 

SHIPPING TIME

• on hand,  PICK UP in studio
• on hand, by looking to parts in a point location. By a Indemnitation. 
• Shipping Method. using USPS as Carrier.
