SECTION 2 : FINISHED PRODUCTS.

After Shipping method is occurred, the customer have 5 day of reclamation via info@monitoboutique.com with photo.

MONITO BOUTIQUE have 24 hours to answer the reclamation, and make any consideration cosiderating the circumstance of the reclamation. 

After MONITO BOUTIQUE give notice of a project is finished, customer have 5 days to finish any pending payment. No shipping is made before ending payments. If customer after 5 days do not have any communication of reason, MONITO BOUTIQUE reserve the action of resale any finished item  it with no consent, any refund, any credit, and with no responsibility to customer. 

If CUSTOMER claim to MONITO BOUTIQUE a project AFTER 5 days with no communication of reason, and need the project, CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY ALL AMOUNT OF THE PROJECT AGAIN AND GIVE 2 WEEKS  TO MAKE THE PROJECT.
